Our team, which consists of dedicated advisors, mentors, and administrative staff, works together to create meaningful connections between future leaders and established professional women who can guide their academic, social, and emotional development.
We take pride in fostering leadership in our mentees by building supportive networks they can rely on today and throughout their future careers. Through encouragement, guidance, and a focus on developing self-confidence, the Women’s Leadership Initiative paves a clear path to success for every young woman we serve.
